My list full of warriors. Ok, I know is not a competitive list but I hope that will bring up some challenge. I use the Malanthrope to see how now it work in 6ed (and I can fill 3 of them) and trying the spinefists on the warriors and see if they are so bad. If something can be change, just tell me...

Warriors come out to plaaaaay.

I think regen on your Trygon is a waste. He will either die in 1 to 2 turns upon arriving, or he will survive. Regen won't really effect that. You would be better off with another warrior.

The other thing I might suggest is that I feel like Shrikes are a slightly better deal than warriors. They aren't scoring, but they are much more mobile.

Lastly, if you aren't playing kill points, you could split you Genestealer squad into 2.

I'd take the 30 points from Regen and buy Rending claws for the Deathspitter Warriors....

Hey there, I dig the list. I don't have any experience with the Malanthropes. My Nids HQ section is usually 2 Flying Devil Tyrants. Our troops are more similar, my 2000pts hast either 3 blobs of deathspitters warriors or a mix of warriors and genestealers.

I would drop the upgrades of the Crone and Trygon and use those points for my bodies in the genestealers brood, 10 stealers isn't going to last very long with rounds of AP 5 fire coming at them.

Tell us how your list performs.

I got some experience with the malenthrope but in 5ed.. not 6ed but when you look what it can do, is a good HQ choice for 330 pts when you use it as a brood of 3. Use it alone, is better to use a prime (and we need an updated FW vol4).

I drop the upgrades on the Crone and the Trygon and I was able to add a new broodlord, mean i got 2 5x genestealers units with 2 broodlords.

Wow, not what I expected from a nid list. Sadly, my warriors have been sitting in their box for a long time now, aside from the occasional low point game when I need a prime.
It will be interesting to see how this list performs. I would probably agree with the others and say to try and go minimalist for as many bodies as possible. I would even recommend that you drop the bs and lw, as 300 points in 6 4+ bodies is going to drop quickly.
