I stumbled across these guys on Lexicanum and thought of a few questions.
1) who are they?
2) do they have any more authority than other Inquisitors?
3) is there any detailed fluff about them?

They are Tzeentch's puppets

They are very high-ranking Lord Inquisitors, and have more authority within the Inquisition, as they are masters of an Ordo, but otherwise they have as much authority outside the Inquisition as any other Inquisitor, which is to say their authority is absolute.
