Hey guys, I did a little research with little luck. Aside from Kharn, is there anyone who can hit on a 2+? Just curious. Thanks!
(May be in the wrong place, I wasn't entirely certain where to ask this).

Not that I can think of, at least.
We have a running joke at my FLGS where Kharn can never miss. If he rolls a 2+, he hits with his plasma pistol/chainaxe, and if he rolls a 1, he hits himself/someone next to him, even if he's in a challenge.

Okay, well thanks guys! This was to settle a debate between a couple friends and myself. They think there's got to be someone else who can hit on a 2+, I'm pretty sure it's just Kharn the pretty-swell-guy-to-be-around.

Not really, people just don't field him because they don't get much option for assault in tournament play.

People often make a few house rules on such small games in order to keep them balanced, sort of. I'm sure quite a few groups forbid named characters in such because they're often very powerful.

Last I checked, Deathleaper could. Lictors in general, too, I think.
Deathleaper has never been able to hit on a 2+ in combat. I don't know about Lictors in earlier editions, but from 5th and onwards they can't either.

The 'to hit' table has nothing below a 3 in CC, it's a 2+ for shooting but even WS10 will hit WS1 on 3s.

You can also get no worse than a 5+ to hit in CC. And that requires that the defender has 2x attackers WS + 1.
That table is pretty terrible.

Yea...just realized I used the BS table.  Anyhow, retracting my statements. See, this is what happens when you marry the Hive Mind; She talks your ear off about the birth of the latest brood while simultaneously yelling at you for not being there, yet again. And don't even get her started on *my* apparent failures. You leave a couple million *special* children asleep on a deserted jungle planet so they don't wind up causing problems for you later, and then some Imperials come along and kill them when they wake up. Like I am supposed to turn a whole tendril around to pick up the biggest brats in the swarm. Yea...Sleep deprivation is not your friend.
