What would you change?

Run cultists @ 10man or 20+ blog w/ fearless leading in them.
You need 5 x Spawn w/MoN.

The only thing I would change is adding another Baledrake, but I don't know where you'd steal the points. Your Troop selections look good, and since I always agree with the "double up" principal, I wouldn't drop a Forgefiend for a drake (though I do think a drake would make back more points than a Forgefiend). Perhaps drop the Havocs and a Rhino (which just gives your opponent First Blood anyway) and fit in a second drake).

making points back is so 4th edition! Just kidding.. I think that Mark of Nurgle Spawn would make this list brutal but honestly I am happy where it is..
