Warning From Magnus? Not Listening!

I'm playing a 1250pt game w a friend next week and was wondering what you guys think of the list. We play open(ish) lists so he knows I'm taking the drakes, vindi, Oblits and roughly the other stuff.
I know he plans on taking a Imperial Fists w one of the FW chapters as allies that allow you to give a number of units (the game turn number) a special rule for a turn. I'm almost certain he plans on using it to give his dev unit and whatever else skyfire to shoot down my drakes. From what I know, he's taking a dread (assault cannon), 2 dev squads - 4xML (fists), 4xLas (FW), 10 tac (rhino), 2x 5 tac, 10 sniper scouts, whirlwind and 2 librarians.

10 CSM - MoN, 2 plas guns (190)
5 CSM - MoN, meltagun, rhino (145)

PS: if you're going to complain about the drakes just don't bother - I really don't want to hear it.

Looks like a good list. The Warpsmith seems out of place though. With only a Vindicator to repair (putting a Heldrake in hover to get repaired is asking to get itself blown up). I'd go for a Chaos Lord or a second Sorcerer.

What is there to complain about? I think people will tel you to get a 3rd n then ally black legion for a fourth.
The lone vindicator n 5man csm squad n sorc seems outa place. If there were points then id turn the plasmagun squad into a 5 man plague marine squad carrying 2 plasmaguns n let them take pot shots at 24" in cover. The rhinos should have 10 man to shoot 2 meltaguns n assault an opened transport. Dont forget dirge casters n dozer blades. Ditch warpsmith if you drop the lone vindicator. Take the lord MoN to get plague.
Or you can just take votlw on all your marines cuz you will be fighting imp fists.

Take a rhino for 10 marines. Yep, warpsmith is pretty useless there. If possible, i'd place a sorc on a bike, give him ml3, spell familliar, sigil and get spawns or bikers with him.
20 cultists with shotguns are also somewhat meh. Either split them in 2 squads with rapid fire gunz or just take 1 min squad with nothing at all just to score.
You can save a number of points on MoN marines and get more of them + a rhino.

Thanks for the feedback guys!
For whatever reason I didn't realize the drakes would have to be in hover mode to get repaired so I guess the smith's out. My original plan w the 5man in the tac was to join the sorc and smith and then drive around repairing them +/or using the smith as a combat machine...
Guess I'll have to scrap that one then. Could ditch the smith and change the 5man CSM squad for PMs (not sure how the points would work out though w getting a Nurgle lord as well...)
