I think one Brood of Terms must be 30x to buy the Terv as a troop...

I'd put some upgrades on the Tyrant(s) they are already so expensive that going for the "deluxe" model seems reasonable.

To my eye, you're a little light on Synapse...its "just me" but I'd toss the Hive Guard, and pop in Zoanthropes, and set them up as two broods, one "solo", and one of two. That gives two rolls on the "Powers of the Hive Mind" chart

The Haruspex is an interesting beasty, it does not see much use so far, but its real new.....is it an Elite? I was thinking it went under heavys. If that is so, that reccomends it right there, as Heavy is a very busy slot for Nids.(though Elite gets jammed up too...)

With a big brood of Warrior, you should look at Outflanking them with Hive commander....

He has plenty of Synapse.

The problem with the Haruspex is that it only really good against AV 13+ and is pretty slow. It does not have enough attacks to really bound infantry, it is not fast enough to catch most vehicles or walkers.

Now if it had a rule like the Mauler feind's Seige Crawler it would have suddenly gotten much better, but it doesn't so the other elites are just generally better.
