Well... the original JC/ LS stuff is resin, with all that it entails. These ones are Bandai-level plastics, and apart of being insanely more detailed, they should be at least as sturdy as resins...
So yes. Yes, they would be.

I quite like both the Savages and the M9s, shame those and the Sagara specials are the only ones that ever get minis, though.

Well, I like both and buy both, but I don't kid myself about the relative quality of each.
As to the above "models for games that need to be robust", well....
I mean, I don't know.
