Would this work fluff wise? Not sure if it snows in commoragh. Also, if it would I picked up some snow flock, and some tan rocks (should I paint the rocks darker color?) How should I go about basing them?

I think it could snow if vect wanted it to. Plus take in to consideration they could be raiding a settlement during it's winter months.

As for the actual basing, I haven't personally done a winter theme that I've been happy with, so I'll refrain from suggesting how to do that.

Would Eshin grey work? Also, do I leave the sides of the base black, and just paint the top of the base? My method would be, white glue that dries clear> tan rocks>paint rocks eshin grey>white glue on rocks> snow flock. Thoughts?
