Hello, I am basically looking for feedback regarding the below listed Jet Seer list, it is a slightly modified list of what took the LVO this year and scaling it back from 1750 to 1500.

2 Farseers (2 Spears, Warding and Witnessing, Spirit Stone of Anath'Lan, Shard of anaris)
7 warlocks (3 Singing Spears)
Barron with the toys and skyboard

3 X 5 man Dire Avengers in a Wave Serpent with TL Scatter, Cannon and holo-fields

5 X Kabilite warriors

I know I will have issues with beasts of nurgle with this list but feel pretty comfortable with it vs almost everything else.

Only things I would change are, drop rune of warding/cannons and take a venom with extra cannon/shadow fields/trophies for the re roll psychic tests.

Well, I'd drop all the Farseer upgrades and one Jetlock. This should give you room for a Venom and another Warrior squad in a Venom.

Except the shard, you NEED it for fearless.

I will remove the farseer upgrades and try to find the points to add in a venom to run close by the seercouncil. will post a revised list in a few.

Grisly trophies are fine and all, but venoms easily give up first blood. With enough warlocks, you'll get the powers off that you need.
Runes of Witnessing and Warding for a council are a must. When you need the +2 DtW, you absolutely need it. When you need fortune but roll an 11/12 late game (venom already destroyed turn 1 or 2), witnessing will save you. Your list is strong as it is already. The only thing I would do differently is take ghostwalk matrices for my serpents instead of cannons. Move through cover is fantastic for skimmers.

The Venom I was thinking would play hide and seek with terrain if I find the points to fit it in. Its a nice to have but not a must. There appears to be some debate over the runes if they are worth while or not.

So lets put that debate to rest, yes, runes are worth it. You are playing an inherently random list due to psy-powers, so any chance you can put to remove such randomness can only be a good thing. You NEED fortune off sometimes, re-rolling that failed test could win the game. You could be targeted by misfortune to negate your own fortune, or hallucinate or terrify, that 2+ deny could win you the game. They are like melta bombs, some people don't take them, but when you don't there will be moments you will sorely wish you had.
