Hey all,

I'm currently waiting on Forgeworld to deliver me a Fire Raptor for my Sons of Horus First Company army and I'm currently trying to figure out how to apply the Justaerin/Reaver paint scheme to it.

Essentially the main colour is black, secondary is red and the trim is bronze. However I'm having difficulties figuring out where best to paint these on a Fire Raptor. From the pictures Forgeworld have taken of the Sons of Horus paint scheme seems to have gone with the secondary colour (in this case back) around the cockpit and on the tail wings but I fear this might be too much red thus my idea is to paint the two side tail wings red, the front part of the fuselage beneath the cockpit red and the area around the cockpit in bronze. I was also thinking the turret cover and...vertical jet covers(sic?) might get the brass treatment but pretty much everything else would be black with a grey highlight.

My googlefu has failed me in trying to find a similarly painted Fire Raptor or Storm Eagle but if anyone might know of one or if anyone has any ideas or suggestions they would be much appreciated.
