Maybe keep rpj and ram but lose armour plates and stikkbomb chukkas on trukks? 50 pts a trukk is value for...points. My WB setup is very similar, only difference is no eavy armour and a Bosspole. Deffkoptaz are great, jinks and TL, love it. Against some armies you're trukks will get wrecked early and you'll be footslogging a lot of boyz with no KFF cover save though.

stikkbomb chukkas are totally not worth it orks are innative two!
As said above skip the two mentiond.
As for the list.. I think you would be better of with a kff mek rather than a boss on foot.
