I have a list right now that tops out at 999 points

Kharn
I Winged DP with AoBF wings and PA
2 x Squads of KBs, 6 models each, 2 chainaxes, powerfist for the champ
1x Chaos Spawn
1x Chosen Squad, 6 models, basicaly the Dark Vengeance guys with that exact loadout, plus a combi-bolter for the sarge, just to get that extra 3 points to bring it up to 999!

Mark of Khorne on everything, VOTLW where applicable.

Yeah it's got huge holes in it and it's super fluffy, but in the right circumstance you can eat through pretty much anyone in CC. I'm not sure how you could build up to that though.

And go ahead with the Berzerkers, they're awesome no matter what!
