So I havnt played warmahordes in well over a year, and im thinking of jumping back in with cyriss, I really like the look of Axis as a warcaster but dont know what would work well with him. I was also reading a little on battlecollege and I like the look of clockwork angels and perforators, and also looking at the transverse enumerator would work well with perforators

EDIT: I did just try to make this list on forward kommander

Axis, the Harmonic Enforcer
Corollary
Cipher
Conservator
Inverter

Clockwork Angels (Leader and 2 Grunts)

Perforators (Leader and 4 Grunts)
Transverse Enumerator

I have to say it'll be a fun list to play but will be hard for you to win obj based games but Cyriss is that kind of beast. Enumerators aren't really designed for perforators being they are medium bases and only 5 models it's more designed for small based models with shield wall so you can march them up in ranks and still charge and attack. The angels are a hide in cover until the right time for either assassination run or for a last min obj capture do not leave them out side of cover or they will die. Axis is a melee caster so he needs to be up front that's where the conservator comes in being able to shield axis with shield guard from ranged attacks (keep him very close by but just enough to still be able to charge). Cipher awesome against infantry and jacks and makes it hard for a charge for models without pathfinder, inverter great jack that pummels things to death left and right just remember you have a recharge time for your macro pummeled, the corollary is a squire on steroids helps axis with his allocation to jacks

I do recommend that you drop the enumerator and add a opitfex directive unit so you can repair your jacks as needed and you will need it. In addition they grant magical weapons and pathfinder allowing you save more focus on top of your casters focus lol

Otherwise I like the list just keep your angels in cover a lot and repair as often as possible

Just to tweak the list a bit I would try something along the lines of:
Axis, the Harmonic Enforcer (*6pts)
* Corollary (3pts)
* Cipher (9pts)
* Inverter (8pts)
Clockwork Angels (Leader and 2 Grunts) (3pts)
Optifex Directive (Leader and 2 Grunts) (2pts)
Reciporactors (Leader and 4 Grunts) (9pts)
Reductors (Leader and 9 Grunts) (6pts)
Algorithmic Dispersion Optifex (1pts)
Recipricators are great at holding objectives and Teductors behind them spraying POW 13 is great, add in a razorwall in front of them and you are golden. They can hold one objective/zone/flag while Axis and his battle group take on another. Warmachine is all about the scenario not just taking out your opponents caster/army.

Thus, After having thus successively taken each member of the community in its powerful grasp and fashioned him at will, the supreme power then extends its arm over the whole community. It covers the surface of society with a network of small complicated rules, minute and uniform, through which the most original minds and the most energetic characters cannot penetrate, to rise above the crowd. The will of man is not shattered, but softened, bent, and guided; men are seldom forced by it to act, but they are constantly restrained from acting. Such a power does not destroy, but it prevents existence; it does not tyrannize, but it compresses, enervates, extinguishes, and stupefies a people, till each nation is reduced to nothing better than a flock of timid and industrious animals, of which the government is the shepherd
