If this is for casual/fun looks great, though I would drop night vision and maybe take some extra bodies.

I"d probably swap out the Bright Lance on the guardians for a Scatter Laser or Shuriken Cannon - they tend to suck at hurting anything, so the more shots the better out of them.

I'd also probably swap the Starcannons on the War Walkers for Bright Lances - SL/BL War Walkers are a fantastic combination. No need for Night Vision on the Avatar, although Fast Shot is always fantastic for him. What are you adding to the War Walkers to add the 10 points each? Spirit Stones or Ghostwalk? I wouldn't bother with either of those, to be honest, when you can use the points to get more models on the table... My philosophy with small lists is more models over more upgrades - much more flexibility and resilience that way.

If you've got the models, you can squeeze in another War Walker with this list -

Avatar with Fast Shot
Drop the Warlock (keep the Guardians with the Avatar and he's not doing much)
Guardians with Scatter Laser
Rangers
3 x War Walker with SL/BL

Avatar runs around with Guardian shield messing with objectives, Walkers and Rangers sit back and shoot things in the face/hold back table objectives.

You do realize avatar isnt an IC right.

Looks pretty good, Although the advise with mixed roles on warwalkers i completely disagree with. x6 bright lance or x6 scatter lasers is so much better than scatter and lance. Scatters seam best in low point games

Disregard majendies comments as most of them are illegal.

I would say run this list and if it fails hard make a new one, otherwise no reason to think its bad.

Don't need to join the Avatar to the Guardians, just run them around together for fearless bubble. They can still crowd around him to provide a fair degree of protection from things you don't want, and help stop him getting tarpitted.
