Should I be taking Belial at such low points, or perhaps a librarian and more marines and less terminators?

Everything I've watched has been terminators crushing face so forgive the potentially heavy build!

Only problem is little to no AA from range. Consider tweaking for plasma guns/las cannons on tactical marines.

If you are taking Belial and terminators already, why not go the whole hog and do a deathwing list?

You could drop the tac squad, and make 2 squads of 5 terminators each with a special weapon and then some. Mass TH/SS is probably overkill, but even if you wanted 2 units of 5 with THSS and a CML each, you would be under points.
