So this list is a composite of competitive elements and some not so competitive elements. Which is usually how a roll. Lets have at it

Hive Tyrant - 2 Twin-linked Devourers with Brainleech worms, electroshock grubs and Wings pts 240
Hive Tyrant - 2 Twin-linked Devourers with Brainleech worms and Wings pts 230

2 Zoanthropes pts 100
1 Venomthrope pts 45
1 Venomthrope pts 45

5 Tyranid Warriors - 4 Warriors with Scything Talons and Deathspitters and 1 Warrior with Scything Talons and Barbed Strangler pts 180
5 Tyranid Warriors - 4 Warriors with Scything Talons and Deathspitters and 1 Warrior with Scything Talons and Barbed Strangler pts 180
5 Tyranid Warriors - 4 Warriors with Scything Talons and Deathspitters and 1 Warrior with Scything Talons and Barbed Strangler pts 180

1 Carnifex - 2 Twin-linked Devourers with Brainleech worms pts 150
1 Carnifex - 2 Twin-linked Devourers with Brainleech worms pts 150

Pts 1500

So one Venomthrope gives cover to the warriors, one venomthrope gives cover to the Carnifexs. The Zoanthropes keep the Carnifexs in line. Flyrants flying around causing havoc. Everything else shoots the crap out of things. Easy plan no?

Khorne Daemonkin - 2100pts
Hive Fleet Cerberus 2500pts
Blood Pact Traitor Guard - 500pts

Think about dropping Deathspitters. S5 is great but Ap 5 is kind of a joke since just about everything has a 5+ cover save.

If you do decide to drop them and collect back up the 60 points; thank about adding a 3rd Zoanthrope and electroshock grubs on the other FHT. If you are using them because GW swapped the base gun for warriors… then yea, I feel your pain.

That is all I have without drastically changing your list, but...

Think about dropping down to 4 warriors per unit and use the points to buff a venomthrope brood to 3. 15 warriors that close together means that any S8+ pie plate will be hitting several something’s every time. And 3+ cover saves aren’t going to last when your dudes are being IDed.

Its a solid build.
I've played something like it before, but with 3x3 man Warrior Squads, 1 more carnifex, and a mawloc.

I'd consider losing some warriors for the mawloc. Great as backfield disruption when you're facing a gunline

Looks pretty cool. It seems to me that a lot of people give the flying hive tyrants twin linked devourers, I don't know what weapon set to give my flyrant, and I also don't see the devourers in the box...?

I prefer the "Winged asassain" build: Lash whip/Bone sword, Toxin sac 230 I custom modded it to be able to shoot it's devs by pointing it's elbows, I got the idea from an old "Ghost in the machine" episode... so I kit Brain leeches, thorax swarm for 255....

But most everyone loves Twin Devs w/ Brain leeches x2! Also 230 No need for extra kit, maybe Hive Commander...if they're not in the box, you should be able to bash something together. I was planning to use the Crushing Claws I got in a kit or two, and trim off the claws, replacing them with Two Devourers on each arm....should be a doable project... (the Devs come by the bushel with Termigants)

the kit comes with 4 extra arms to make a Swarmlord.

I cut all the bone sabres off these arms, then combined the 4 arms into 2 with the arms splitting at the elbow. Add 2 devs to each and voila! 2x TL Devourers. Wish I had a pic, but it looks really similar to these: http://www.forgeworld.co.uk/New_Stuff/TYRANID_TWIN-LINKED_DEVOURERS.html

Ok i'm going to tell you a little story, way back in 4th and 5th edition, my warriors were CC dedicated with a rending claws and talons. They were basically a counter charge unit for my Carnifexs, but they kept getting murder by better assault units. When 6th edition came along they would get murdered even by shooting units due to overwatch. So i thought i would change them to shooting warriors, but my spare parts bin lack the devourers for the warriors. I did a lot of deathspitters tho. So I'm not going to change them.

An idea I had would be to drop a couple of warriors and give Hive Commander to the Hive tyrants and outflank 2 of the warrior squads. Hopfully ensuring weapons would get in range and maybe grabing an objective or two. Just a thought

If you want to go that route you'd be better off just combing two squads into one and outflanking a full 9 warriors decked out for shooting and maybe a few with boneswords

Thats not a bad idea, a big Brood of warriors, with Deathspitters can do a serious amount of backfield disruption (and it is Synapse, and it is scoring...all good) It even puts Shadow in the backfield, and that could mess up some armies all on it's own.
