I apologize if this has been asked already but, can you ally with just one Imperial Knight or do you need to take a minimum of to to fill the HQ and troop slots of the normal ally FOC. I have checked around and I see some lists with only one. WD says up to 3 maybe taken as allies but does that mean 2-3 or 1-3?
