I like the second one better...if you go with number 1, I'm a big fan of Adrenal for the Tyranofex. Both seem a little "light" on Synapse at that point level. Most armies will have a good way to Synapse hunt, And you have very few troops. Me I'd be nervous about that as well.

I agree. You should replace the hive guard with zoans for more synapse. Otherwise it looks good. Hopefully your terv doesn't roll doubles early, otherwise you're going to have a hard time grabbing objectives late game.
