Funny when looking at this, I am used to Grey Knights...
Put stubber on other side and shield on same side as fist and it would look.... better (need to check if rounded arch on carapace same as other side...).
Slightly thicker three fingers would look nastier as well, four fingers look a bit on the slim side but still works.

Really like the banner under the gun, looks like it was designed that way so is impressive. Add one of those gargoyle heads on the end of the pole to look finished...

Your picture also convinces me that I like the dangly crotch banner removed, looks more like a weapon of war than walking billboard.

Love people not afraid to customize the heck out of an expensive large model: fearlessness and confidence to inspire.

Thanks.

<edit>
Noticed a couple things, might have been possible to make it so you could swap out to either the chain sword or the modified fist.
Enough alternative parts were used that I think you could have done it.
Some round finger joints could have been put in, would have taken more time mind-you.
I like the detail of uncovered hydraulic rods attached to the fingers, gives it that strong look.
I may try that with small styrene tubing rather than brass rod.
The plasma cannon backpacks were inspired, could demonstrate a localized power source to feed the "more powerful" power fist.
