Somewhere just South of nowhere

I used quickshade on my tanks, then tried to seal it with GW purity seal. The whole thing is now white and chipped looking. What to I do? How do I get rid of this nastiness, and then get rid of the shiny from the quickshade?

What you're experiencing is called "frosting" It happens if it's too humid when the glosscoat is drying.

Apply a 2nd coat of gloss coat, or purity seal which you are using, use a hairdryer to dry it, then use a dullcoat to dull down the gloss after. that should get rid of it.
