Anyone know what an Armorcast titan is made of? my Dog got a hold of one of the pieces and i need to fill in some teeth marks. If you arent sure what its made of a suggestion on what material i can use to fill the marks would be awesome as well.

I've been told Liquid Green Stuff is commonly used to fill holes in resin or finecast, where lots of bubbles are a problem. How big are the bite marks, if they're not too big, LGS should be fine.

She is an austrailian sheperd puppy of 9 months. some of the areas are more extensively shewed than others and need some major repairs. I want something thats going to dry hard and not shrink as it drys like clay does. does LGS not shrink as it drys?

Here you go, best fix for you.

AKA green stuff, best to buy it in the tube or tape form, GW sells it in the tape and liquid for a very high price. Cheaper to get from elsewhere.

Mix in equal parts, just follow the simple instructions, easy to use. The figures usually start out in this form when they are being first made by the artist.

It is not one of my models, but yes, I do play Blood Ravens. I use C:SM (with RG or Mantis Warrior's chapter tactics).

Resin, I believe. Liquid Greenstuff should do the trick, if the holes aren't too big.

If the holes and the extent of the damage is significant, then an epoxy putty such as Greenstuff (Kneadatite) should be used.

Yeah, GW charges absurd prices for their hobby supplies.

I got a 3ft strip of kneadatite for like 5 pounds or so from Ebay.

Armorcast and Epicast stuff was resin, yeah. Not the same resin as Forgeworld, but still just resin. I don't know what kind of damage your dog did, but depending on the size of the bites I dunno if Liquid Green Stuff would be enough.

I would go for the epoxy putty, LGS drues fairly thin and from what I remember of when my dog got a hold of a few things, your gonna be doing a lot of serious repair.

the damage isnt that extensive. There arent whole chunks missing or anything. Some scratch marks and a couple of deeper bites. I ordered 3 things of green stuff to ensure I had enough.

I hope the resin didn't make the poor pup poorly.

You could leave some of the marks on the armour plates untreated and paint them as battle scars from battling with monstrous creatures.

I suggest you start locking up your models or leaving them beyond the dog's reach. The lil beast could be come quite poorly if it munches the wrong thing. You may also want to switch away from sausage based paints and horse based glues. Smels the yummzor to doge.
