Sisters and Knights make a great combination, Sisters provide plenty of ranged Str8 AP1 with their tanks, and Knights can counter the blobs or MCs with their Str8 AP3 dual Large blasts or STR D swords.

HQ 125 pts
Canoness, Book of Saint Lucius (Warlord – Strategic Traits)
Inquisitor, Divination, Force Sword

Troops 750 pts
6 units of 5x Sisters, 1x Flamer, Immolator with MM

Heavy 375 pts
3x Exorcist

Allied Detachment 750 pts
2x Knight Paladins

That's 6 MM Immolators, 3 Exorcists, 2 Knight Paladins, and an Inquisitor twin-linking. I think it's a rounded list with plenty of Str8 AP1 in the tanks, and blob control or MC control with the Knights.
How can I make this list better????

Okay, I don't really have that much experience with sisters at higher point totals, but here are some points I'd put some thought into:
- Jakobus is only 30 points more. You lose a bit of shooting and combat capacity, but that shouldn't be a big deal as you'll want them for their supporting abilities anyway. Also, they both give hatred and fearless, respectively to their unit and everything within 12". Just 30 points extra gives you: counter-attack for everything within 12", and extra AoF for his unit, a better shield of faith, and also with his rosarius he has a far smaller chance of ID.
- The BSS should probably have heavy flamers. It'll make them much more reliable for clearing the enemy off objectives, as well as keeping them with the overwatch.
- It might be worth it to take a dominion squad with four meltaguns. Your anti-armour is all strength 8, and the multi-melta's probably won't reliably get close enough to deal with any AV 14 that might show up. Outflanking dominions excel in this role, and on top of that they'll often hit side/rear armour.
- Get storm bolters on the exorcists. 5 points gives you an amazing save against weapon destroyed, which is bound to happen sometime.
- I'd get at least one immolator with a twin-linked heavy flamer instead. They are just so much fun to roast hordes with Also, on a more serious note, it's useful to get a measure of your opponent. If he tries to take out the flamer first, he's afraid of the flamer templates more than of the melta's. Knowing that can work in your advantage.

1400 points of EW/MW Italians (FoW)
2200 points of SoB and Inquisition (40K)
1000 points of orks (40K)
Just starting out with Ultramarines (30K)
Four 1000-2500 point forces for WHFB (RIP)
One orc team (Blood Bowl)

Consider jacobus for Warlord.

Get storm bolters on the exorcists.

Dominions can work on, but you already have a lot of str 8 stuff, so I don't know if you would need them.

I don't like HF on immolators. They are not a fast vehicle, so can only move 6 and fire. If it was fast or had torrent then things would be different.

Biggest question from me, what about flyers? You are aiming at playing a 2k point game, but have no dedicated anti air. You can only snapfire at them and pray or 6s. Knights in particular are vulnerable to flyers, having no weapons to harm AV11.

I've been thinking about this issue in particular and decided to field the Avenger Strike Fighter. A year ago I wouldn't have used this flyer in any game, but with the way 40k has changed since the Adepta Sororitas dex came out I don't feel like it's breaking the rules.
So:

HQ 70 pts
Canoness, Book of Saint Lucius (Warlord – Strategic Traits)

Troops 780 pts
6 units of 5x Sisters, 2x Flamers, Immolator with MM

Heavy 400 pts
2x Exorcists
Avenger Strike Fighter

Allied Detachment 750 pts
2x Knight Paladins

That's 6 MM Immolators, 2 Exorcists, 2 Knight Paladins, and the Avenger. The Avenger comes in as my anti-air component and has the armament to deal with ground forces when necessary. It's no Vendetta, but although its armor is weak I think it can do the job.
