now i have 225 points left idk if i should boost the hormagaunts to 20 per unit take away the death spitters on the warriors give myself another 30 leaving me with 175 then getting a hive crone in fast attack leaving me 20 and finally give something some kind of buff for 20 points somewhere or some variation opinions would be great

I don't any formations, you should get one

If you take the crone you can use the extra 20 points for hive commander having the option for outflanking can be very good vs some armies.

I personaly preffer a barbed strangler over venom cannons cause its a large blast.

it has been suggested too me to use 3 hive guard and just put the two units of hormagants too 20 but i might take a look at formations as well i guess

Quite a shooty list could get some biovores for long range crowd control, personally though I would drop a unit of warriors get a zoan and 2 dakka fexes

I'd recommend some Zoeys, but I always do...I think you can put in a Bombardment node as is....just signify that 1 Warrior Brood, one Exo, and the Biovores (that you would need to add) were a Formation, and you get some extra coolness...

Me, I'd drop the Norn crown , and spend the points elswhere as well (like on some Biovores ) (I'd likely lose the Toxin, to get more points)

Yup, drop the Norn crown. You probably don't need it as you have 2 units of Warriors and a Tervigon. Plus the flyrants but they are moving forward I assume. Working in the Crone or Harpy is a good idea, both are pretty effective although a lot of people would agree that the Crone has the advantage. I don't really think 2 exocrines are necessary, you could try throwing a T-fex in there.

I'd drop the Norn Crown....and buy some Zoeys.( a brood of x2) Then spend the 165 or so you have left on a nice group of Gaunts or a heavy...it looks to me like you could craft a Barrage Node by transfering a Warrior Brood, a Exo, and buying a Biovore Brood.....that might give you a nice increase in Dakka (re-rolls )
