You definitely need more Warriors. Not nearly enough scoring units to snag objectives (unless you know there's not going to be games with objectives)

I'd personally nix the Destroyer Lord if you don't have any Destroyers to put him with. Spread the points around for a couple Crypteks or Lords to boost your units of Warriors.

Its got some balance to it, just needs to bulk up the sheer number of models you're taking.

Pretty sure the D lord is running with the Wraiths.....he would be terrible with destroyers....

Yes sorry forgot to add that in D lord will be with wraiths pretty much warlord hunting. There will be objectives I'm sure. I was planning on dropping the warriors turn 5 on objectives in cover hopefully and pray they surive a 1/2 turn possibly turn n 1/2. I was concerned with there lack of numbers tho.

Drop some whip coils and maybe one wraith from the second unit. That should give you enough for a 3rd unit of warriors and allow you to take the 3rd night scythe.

There's a few legality issues:

Your points for your Destroyer Lord are wrong, double check your math on that one.

You list 3 Night Scythes but only 2 units that are capable of buying one as a dedicated transport (You can't just buy one on its own).

As for the tactics, as Jdredsox said, drop some whip could and you can use the points for other things. You really don't need 6 whip coils in the squad (I've personally stopped taking them at all because I don't find them all that useful), 1 or 2 at most should be enough.

I agree with you on the coils. I have a buddy who swears by them, but as you said they have never been that useful for me either, and good call on d lord never noticed the MS were 5 points more on him. See if this list looks better.Wrath Of The Wraith

What's the overlord doing? Looks like a waste if points.

Could change him for another Dlord, drop 1 wraith, 20 points spare probably best on 1 whip for each squad.

115 is a lot of points to avoid giving up slay the warlord. With a wraith wing style army you want to be on the offensive as much as possible. Maybe drop him and give you D. Lord a res orb. 2+\4++ is a pretty nice set up for a warlord. Extra points can get you some more warriors, not really enough for more wraiths.

They're still useful, you just don't go all out on them. 2 or 3 in a unit of 5 or 6 works fine, especially if there's a Destroyer Lord attached (they should be on either side of him so he will swing his Warscythe before anyone else in a challenge).
