This really depends.. by spending there's Ebay secound hand retailers and trade of with locals then there's the 100% price from GW.

By going full GW you are not going to get much as orks THE spend allot army after sisters (mainly due them being full metal)

well it dosnt matter were i get em. as long as they are reliable im fine with it . lets say if it was for GW. for that much what would you say be the highest amount of points

I dunno about the states, but here I routinely get things for 10% of GW retail by buying online.

Last night, got a Land Raider, an old land raider, a rhino, a basilisk, land speeder and ork warbuggy, plus a dozen marines and a tyranid warrior for $50 NZD (like $40 USD)

Put real simply, buying new is a terrible idea

If buying new I would suggest two battleforce boxes, 4 boxes of boyz, 2 dakkajets, 3 boxes of lootas and some conversion bits
