7 units with Synapse, 4 of them MC, 3 teams of Warriors and then 100 Gaunts that keep on coming back half the time kill them, even the ones that died before.
The Trygon Primes will come out strategically so the the holes they left would let my endless swarm come back out in the back line of the enemy, given the amount of gaunts in the list upgrading them to primes is a great idea for synapse saturation.
Toxin sacs are way too expensive on Hormagaunts but given that they are 1pts less then before then the Adrenal Gland Hormagaunts would be cheaper then before, allowing me to hurt tanks and transport.

The Formation is really very expensive, The two Trygons for holes to come out are the only thing I can have outside of the mandatory Troops and HQ.
I needed a second Flyrant because well...they, they're awesome, Anti Flyer and allows the flanking of second team of termagaunts.
I barely have enough to add the Defense line for the Comm Relay to help the Trygons and Flanking Termagaunts to come out. I needed to remove 10 Hormagaunts from the teams to allow the second Flyrant since I wanted 20 per team normally.

I wish I could have had some space to put some venomthropes, but I cant find any.
what do you guys think?

I would probably have just run Primes and foregone the outflanks. Now you can get that defensive line and upgrade your warrior shooting with the primes, take the ADL with come relay and quad gun manned by a warrior

I actually just noticed that the Hive commander would not allow the termagaunts (which are from another detachment) to outflank so I officially have 40pts to work with.

The Tyranid Primes are much too expensive, I wouldnt really consider them except to protect venomthropes.

I figure PPincer Tail and toxin sacs on both Trygon Primes.

You know I love Big Wormey Due to my health issues I am unable to game right now, so please post some outcomes for this kind of build.

Pincer and Toxin is a nice boost for big Wormeys, so you should be happy with it. For 40 you could also go with Adrenals for both, and have 10 points for a Tail, or a double gland for one of them. Just adding ideas...
