At this point level with that many raiders you AV should be quite good with haywire wyches, so over all you have quite a good list for a newbie, all you have to do is a bit of fine tuning. For example you are playing against Tau, what is the need for Lillith? ANY combat squad will murder a Tau squad, Lilith or not. I would suggest splitting Lillith into either 2 Haemonculi or 2 Succubi, neither is better then the other but the Haemonculi is cheaper and grants FnP but the Succubus is considerably more killy.
For your warriors, as a rule, NEVER BUY DARK LANCES. Look at that sentence, engrave it into your forehead. It's a mistake so many new marine players make when they put a las cannon in a unit of 10 Marines, you don't want to mix up the squads priorities and the Dark Lance does that royally. Since it is heavy if you move you are snap shotting, yet if you don't move you don't get jink. Swap for a blaster, drop 2 warriors and get your self a Sybarite and buy splinter racks for the Raider, you won't go far wrong.
Using points from memory it would look something like this.
HQ: Haemonculi with Liquifier and Venom Blade 65pts
Haemonculi with Liquifier and Venom Blade 65pts
(Warlord)Haemonculi with Hex Rifle and Venom Blade 70pts
Troops:
1) 161
8 Wyches - Haywire Grenades
Raider - Dark Lance, Torment Grenade Launcher
2) 161
8 Wyches - Haywire Grenades
Raider - Dark Lance, Torment Grenade Launcher
3) 164pts
6 Kabalite Warriors and Sybarite with splinter rifle- Blaster
Raider - Dark Lance, Splinter racks and Flickerfields.
4) 164pts
6 Kabalite Warriors and Sybarite with splinter rifle- Blaster
Raider - Dark Lance, Splinter racks and Flickerfields.
850pts
Wyches are more durable thanks to FnP, shooty raiders are more survivable thanks to flickerfields and choppy raiders help to make sure that if you charge a Tau unit, you should sweep it the vast majority of the time. Your Warlord is also safer then Lillith because he can sit back and take pot shots at crisis suits while staying alive in a Raider while you shove wyches down the Taus throat, Does that sound ok to you?
