I would run lilith at 850.

I would make the wyches a 5-man w/haywire and put in a venom with dual splinter cannons

I would replace lilith with an haemoculous and take a trueborn with 2 or 3 blasters in a venom.

Adjust the other things to get everything to fit.

I find that venoms are much more effective than raiders. Also playing tau with an assault based army with garbage armor saves lets theml eat you up as soon as you get close. Several venoms would be nice because the splinter cannons have a 36" range and with night shield you will be able to sit a little back and take pot shots while making the tau choose among much more targets to shoot at. The blasters are great for vehicles. I just think you have way to many wyches in easy to blow up raiders. If he puts them in the back field they will get picked off quickly as they advance up. Also I would drop the dark lances from the warriors and put in splinter cannons IF you decide to run that many raiders.

I would do 5 person wyches in venoms, each 5 person wyche squad gets a hekatrix with phantasm grenade launcher and venom blade. defensive grenades will give you a 5+ cover save versus overwatch shots taken at your wyches within a certain range.

if You dont have venoms do 10 person wyches in raiders with disintegrators. Your wyches all have haywire, no point in blowing up a tank with a dark lance to have the wyches never use an upgrade you put points into.

At this point level with that many raiders you AV should be quite good with haywire wyches, so over all you have quite a good list for a newbie, all you have to do is a bit of fine tuning. For example you are playing against Tau, what is the need for Lillith? ANY combat squad will murder a Tau squad, Lilith or not. I would suggest splitting Lillith into either 2 Haemonculi or 2 Succubi, neither is better then the other but the Haemonculi is cheaper and grants FnP but the Succubus is considerably more killy.

For your warriors, as a rule, NEVER BUY DARK LANCES. Look at that sentence, engrave it into your forehead. It's a mistake so many new marine players make when they put a las cannon in a unit of 10 Marines, you don't want to mix up the squads priorities and the Dark Lance does that royally. Since it is heavy if you move you are snap shotting, yet if you don't move you don't get jink. Swap for a blaster, drop 2 warriors and get your self a Sybarite and buy splinter racks for the Raider, you won't go far wrong.

Using points from memory it would look something like this.

HQ: Haemonculi with Liquifier and Venom Blade 65pts
Haemonculi with Liquifier and Venom Blade 65pts
(Warlord)Haemonculi with Hex Rifle and Venom Blade 70pts

Troops:

1) 161
8 Wyches - Haywire Grenades
Raider - Dark Lance, Torment Grenade Launcher

2) 161
8 Wyches - Haywire Grenades
Raider - Dark Lance, Torment Grenade Launcher

3) 164pts
6 Kabalite Warriors and Sybarite with splinter rifle- Blaster
Raider - Dark Lance, Splinter racks and Flickerfields.

4) 164pts
6 Kabalite Warriors and Sybarite with splinter rifle- Blaster
Raider - Dark Lance, Splinter racks and Flickerfields.

850pts

Wyches are more durable thanks to FnP, shooty raiders are more survivable thanks to flickerfields and choppy raiders help to make sure that if you charge a Tau unit, you should sweep it the vast majority of the time. Your Warlord is also safer then Lillith because he can sit back and take pot shots at crisis suits while staying alive in a Raider while you shove wyches down the Taus throat, Does that sound ok to you?

Its a shame that Tau will just rip up DE.
