Drop the shield drone from your ethereal and buy a fire warrior+ decoy launchers on your bomber. If you are going to run either flier, the razorshark is probably your better bet for strict AA. It is slightly cheaper, although no pulse bombs or drones. However, the razorshark can overcharge the ion gun, which is nice.

Your hammerhead needs a d-pod if longstrike will be inside. I would also put one on the skyray. Both probably more critical than the devilfish.
