So I saw this badass image of a maulerfiend walking on its hind legs with a giant chainsaw.
...
Enough said.

Once the new Helbrute came out, I knew I had to get the kit and somehow shuffle it into my army - and then I had a great idea.
Why not count the Helbrute as a Daemon Prince and give him a giant badass weapon?!
So I'm hoping to give him just a huge chainsaw, courtesy of the new Imperial Knight, with some flamer bits attached to the sides to model the Burning Brand.

He's gonna HQ my new favorite army - 3 terminator squads loaded to the teeth, 2 land raiders with daemonic possession, two units of cultists as sacrifices for the land raiders, (in my short story they literally throw the cultists into cages into the hull of the land raider before every fight to keep it happy.), and 3 forgefiends hopefully modelled using the Decimators from forgeworld, as a sort of bodyguard for the daemon prince.

ANY suggestions before I embark on this crazy plan? or ideas? as far as modeling the arms to hold said badass weapon (WHICH ALSO NEEDS A NAME), I see no other design bumps until putting together the badass chainsaw flamer, which shouldnt be too hard. but throw your bitz suggestions at me!

Also, if you were to play someone, would you let them model forgefiends as decimators? I hope to just buy some oval bases and mount them on those, with twin hades cannons and a shoulder mounted ectoplasma cannon.

I would begin by posting your army lists in the army list forums first so they can pick it apart for you, then make sure you have a hobby drill, hobby knife and some good glue, sounds like fun. Goof luck
