Could say a ML2 pskyer cast 2 DIFFERENT spells that cost 1 warp charge each?

Also, if an ML2 pskyer cast a spell and fails his leadership/gets denyed the witch-ed, could he attempt to cast the same spell again?

You can cast as many spells as you have warp charge. You gain as much warp charge as you have mastery level at the beginning of your turn. You may only attempt to use each power once a turn.

You can only cast one power that is a Psychic Shooting Attack, though.

A psyker can cast as many powers as he has warp points to spend. That being said, there are additional restrictions that do come into play more times then not so one does have to keep an eye open for them. For example, Wychfires count as firing an assault weapon so it is impossible to cast two Wychfire abilities without also having the ability to shoot multiple weapons. In order to give you a more accurate answer we will need to know just which powers you are looking at casting as well.
