Hello! I'm new to the playing field but I have been a long term painter and collecter of several of the gw addictions. I would really appreciate some help making two army lists from the models I have. I have a fairly large collection of vanilla space marines and will be using these as stand in for the CSM for now. I would like the lists to be as balanced against each other as possible for me and my buddy at roughly 750 apiece . The models I have are as follows:

Master of the forge
Space marine captain x2
Librarian
Librarian in terminator armor
Dreadnaught
Vindicator
Predator
3 bikes
Devastator squad (5)
IG Sentinel
4x tactical squads
5 scouts
50 or so imperial guard I can use as cultists/scouts
5 man terminator squad
5 man assault squad with jet packs

I'm not worried about what weapons they may or may not have on them, I'll make it work. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Would your buddy be ok with you proxying terms as spawn?

Yep! I would be the one using the CSM and I have other models I can use for spawn if I needed. (battle for macragge tyranids, amongst other sets ) we are both fine for using counts as models for now
