Hello all. Usually I am going to post other things like Tau, but recently I have been able to convince my friend to start playing 40k. He has started playing Necrons and has gotten a small collection together. Here is what it consists of:

2x Destroyer Lords
3x Wraiths
32x Warriors

and of course the codex.

Although this is a small collection, he is just starting. Anyway, I digress. So with almost everything maxed out (D-Lords taking everything, stuff like that) I could make a 1000 point list. Unfortunately he will not be able to get ANYTHING else for a while. I mention this because I was wondering if someone could help me write a list for him. I could also ally in my Tau too. Here is the Tau I have:

1x Farsight
1x Shadowsun
1x Riptide
9x Crisis Suit
20x Kroot
2x Kroot Hound

If you could help me, I'm no expert on Necrons. Since we cant add any other pieces please use the models listed here. Thanks for the help!

I would love to say proxy the 20 kroot you have as some more warriors its really the best i can do.. with out transport's or more wraiths this list feels a lil lacking..

I appreciate your help! I do feel like the list is lacking too. I believe that 3-6 more wraiths and some night scythes for the warriors would have this list a lot better off. Thanks for your help, and lets keep brainstorming on what he could do, or simple proxies that could be made so the list is a little more.... formed per say.

I dono how big your kroot hounds are, but if you took them as wraiths that would help up it to 961 then add 3 kroot as warriors to one of the warrior squads and that brings you up to an easy 1k, the problems are: A theres alot of points in 2 Hq's who dont really fit in well. B I also feel like the warriors need a transport C 5 wraiths are going to be a big target. And iam not sure how well It would do against a 1k army with actual stuff, if you could I would have tried to find something to proxy a night scythe or a ghost ark with thats more or less all I have Iam afraid.
