Getting back in to 40k and wondering what the options are for official or unofficial (tournament) scenarios outside the main rule book.

Any help would be appreciated.

You won't find any/many "official" tournament scenarios because GW isn't interested in tournaments.

Do some google searches on adepticon and you'll find a number of their previous scenarios available in PDF. Also, the Altars of War series for iBooks have at least 3 new missions in each book.
