Subject: Need tips for dark eldar army list

I have decided to go for a dark eldar list that is based on doing as much hurt as possible to the enemy as quick as possible, it is also based on fishing theme. I could shoot enemies to bitz, but taking objectives requires deciesivness and being able to hold areas or crush most of the enemy very fast, at least that is what seems fun to me.
Do take note i have not written any points here and no specific number to go after, as this list will be played from 1000-1850 and expanded over time. Also because i wouldnt want to break any forum rules by including the point costs.
So if i had:
HQ: Archon
Elites:
-1 squad of incubi of 4, with Archon in venom
-1 squad of 5 trueborn, with specified weapons in venom
-1 squad of 5 trueborn with specified weapons in venom
Troops:
-3 wych squads of 10(Hekatrix with agoniser, impalers and haywire grenades) in raiders.
Fast attack: -1 squad of 5 helions including stunclaw
Heavy support:
-3 ravagers with disinigrators, chain snares and flickerfields
Dedicated transport
-3 raiders with dark lances and chain snares(one has grisly trophies, one has shock prow) with flicker fields
-3 venoms with chain snares and splinter cannons
With this list i might attack at turn 2. Dark lances try to pop vehicles at turn 1 or 2. My venoms and ravagers harass troops. At turn 2 or 3 all my vehicles fly over the enemy at once, making use of the chain snares. They try to block the field of fire for any key units. If there is more vehicles some wychs and trueborn try to pop them.
my Archon and wracks go for kills and try to get pain tokens as fast as possible. My wychs try to hold the points. The helion tries to harass any enemy key units also hooking the enemy HQ if they can.
This list is very theme heavy, and some would probably try to tell me to change my whole list. While i want to be competitive i think you should try to focus on helping me do what i do better, instead of telling me to do something different. Any good CC on this list would be nice. What i also need help with however is... I heard units cant assualt right out of vehicles as long as the vehicles have moved.. Which means if i want to take melee squads in raiders, they will have to seek good cover, or take 1 round of shooting. Is there any way around this?

Just make sure with the incubi you have a character with a phantasm grenade launcher.
A unit of 3 with a haemo and either archon or succubus works well but it's expensive.

Personally I'm not a huge fan of Wyches, especially with over-watch. So what I'm about to say is preference.
Raiders with Kabalites in with Splinter Racks (re-roll to hit with splinter weapons) and Night Shields (reduces enemy range by 6') to kill troops / MCs
Venoms with 4 Trueborn in each with a blaster to deep strike and remove vehicles. Retrofire jets on venoms to allow them to deep strike (unless you use Sliscus as HQ)
Chains are only useful if you're flying over units - which you won't be doing if you intend to assault them with Wyches. I'd suggest you lose them and either get more Night Shields (-6' to enemy shooting range to get you closer without being molested OR taking flickerfields on the raiders so you have a 5+ save if you have to cross open board)
Hope that's of some use - as I say it's just my preference.

5 Hellions will accomplish nothing on their own, a stiff breeze kills them. No need for a stunclaw with them either, that unit will die before it ever gets a chance to use the stunclaw. The incubi probably need greater numbers or dropped as well. If you want some melee capabilities and like the hellions, I'd go that route.
Ravagers need dark lances, I'd run dissies on my raiders for the troop killing, but ravagers have to be able to drop MC and vehicles since you aren't bringing tons of poison.
Honestly as fickle as DE vehicles are, if you aren't running a gimmickly Seer star I wouldn't worry about any upgrades on vehicles other than flickerfields and night shields and with your "rush" style list night shields arne't worth it either.
Remember, bolters can knock all of your vehicles out of the sky, pulse rifles destroy them and those weapons are on troops from your enemies armies...So DE win with guile and concentrated fire first, then mopping up the enemy in hand to hand after weakening them down.
My suggestions (yes it envolves changing your list some)
Baron
3 trueborn w haywire grenades and blasters
Venom with splinter cannon
3 trueborn w haywire grenades and blasters
Venom with splinter cannon
3 trueborn w haywire grenades and blasters
Venom with splinter cannon
10 wytches, hekatrix with agonizer, 2 hydra gauntlets
Raider w dissie
10 wytches, hekatrix with agonizer, 2 hydra gauntlets
Raider w dissie
10 wytches, hekatrix with agonizer, 2 hydra gauntlets
Raider w dissie
20 Hellions
Ravager w flickerfield and 3 dark lances
Ravager w flickerfield and 3 dark lances
Ravager w flickerfield and 3 dark lances
With this list you have lots of haywire, lots of lance weaponry, 4 assault units and still have some anti infantry with the 3 venoms and 3 disentegrators along with 40 splinter pod shots.
Just my $0.02
