So right now I am attending a escalation league, and as you see, I play Tyranids. So dince my first round (500 points) didn't go so well, I am going to try to make a list that I think nobody would think about in a 750 point list, well, let's start.

HQ:
Deatleaper 130 points

Troops:
x30 Termagaunts 120 points
Tervigon 195 points

Heavy Support:
Mawloc 140 points
Mawloc 140 points

Total: 725 points

Since I have 25 points left over, I would like to know what to use them on. So the deal about this list is to get the Mawlocs in and land on some targets of value, Terminators, Nobz and so on. Thats the reason I have Deathleaper, he can make them deepstrike without scattering, as lpng as it's within 6 inches of him. So I'll run Deathleaper up and make sure the Mawlocs get in and cause some trouble, and I'm pretty sure he'll survive with his stealth special rule. So while I'm doing that, I'll have my Tervigon and Termagaunts run up and cause some havoc... well that's pretty much that, tellme if you think this list is good or bad. It would be apreciated.

I would run a Prime attached to the Termagants rather than deathleaper... the extra points would be good for decent assault upgrades and I feel that DL will be instant deathed pretty quickly if played aggressively.

In low point games Big Bugs rule. Interesting take on that, I like the Deathleaper+ Mawloc synergy. Me I would have built around a Tyranofex, and would not have had a Tervigon. But without a Synapse HQ, that is not a reasonable course.

If you want to look at alternate builds, swapping in a Prime for Deathleaper, and swapping the Terv for a Tyrano might give you a very differant play experience. Just spread out the Termigants into multiple broods (say 3x...) and its all good...
