When I try to view the 'forum rules / code of conduct' I get an error.

"Template for action insertSave is not defined"

This happens when following the link from off-topic, and also by following 'dakka code of conduct' from google.

I get the same error if I follow the link at the bottom of the page, but not if I follow the link at the bottom of the next page. I think it could be related to my autofill settings. I use lastpass for dakka to automate signing in.

I suspect it is linked to lastpass or another plugin. The page you reference cannot generate that error organically unless it bounces through the login system incorrectly. Something on your end is intercepting the sign on mechanism and breaking it on first view. It should not cause any major problems but might make the odd glitch for you.
