Hi,

I've started using a fast moving Eldar army using wraithknights, vypers and wave serpents and I really want to improve the mobility of my psykers to help with their Psyker goodness.

Does anyone have any tips on how to manage mounting them on Eldar Jetbikes? I have ordered 6 but at the moment I have no idea how to go about converting them.

Any help would be great.

If your greenstuff skills are good, you could cut them in half at the waist, put them on the jetbike legs, then greenstuff robes around them. Exceptionally difficult, but theoretically possible.

The much easier and less risky option is to go down the 'hoverboard' route, which can be accomplished using DE skyboards or the grav platform from eldar heavy weapons/artillery.

Oh, or have the council stood on the floor and their bikes floating beside/above them, as if they have dismounted. You could even make the warlock's bases removable from the larger jetbike base, so that you can have them on foot or mounted.

I've had a look at the skyboard/platform route but the Jetbikes option looks brilliant.

I am thinking of cutting them in half as you suggested but trying to match them up with a set of cavalry legs from some other model and sculpting around any rough edges with green stuff as I don't trust my skills enough to do six conversions with green stuff.

Anyone got any suggestions for the legs I could use? better still, does anyone have any of their own conversions I could take a peek at?

I went for the lazy route and did this. The standard infantry base fits on the support platfoem, so you can make it removable with a magnet pair.
