my plan is to rush the opponent and have the stealers try and move up the board under the venomthropes making them abit more survivable and also the warriors are there purely as synapse.

Some of this is "just me"...But, I think you're overspending on the Tyrants, a Dakka build really gets little use from a gland, and I don't think you list Needs Hive commander (Stealers can outflank can't they?)

I think you're way too thin on troops for that points level, it just looks like killing all your troops would be too easy, for you to able to counter.

I'd suggest: Bigger Broods of Troops, and some Zoeys for Synapse. Stealers can work, but you may want larger broods to make them usefull. (Toss in some Termigants for large useful Broods)

I'd also want more Heavys (Slots anyway) one Brood just looks too easy to counter, though if you keep it (as is ) try to get a Veno to escort it.

You have a fair bit of winged death, so that is good, maybe look into taking a Formation, Skyblight is all the "hotness" right now, and you can build it by adding 3 Broods of Gargoyles.

I agree with the overspending on the Tyrants. They will be spending the majority of their time in the air. Toxin sacs and old adversary are for close combat, which is not the role of the flyrant unless you really need it. Drop all of those upgrades and use the points in troops. I'd also drop at least one broodlord for more troops.
