Long fangs-heldrakes, can use obliterators
Terminators-be'lakor/obliterators
land raider-be'lakor/obliterators
wolfs-heldrakes
grey hunters-heldrakes

You can see how much heldrakes come up in this list of counters. You may want to invest in a comms relay to help get them on the board turn 2.
Your plague marines will want to just stay alive. Every turn they don't lose more than a guy is a good turn. You might want to invest in rhinos to help them sustain one or two extra rounds of shooting before they themselves get shot at. They will protect you for a time from the plasma cannons. Watch out for those lascannons though.

Maybe hide your force behind your ADL until the drakes come in and roast the longfangs, then move on up, using be'lakor and the oblits to terminate his land raider death star. Be'lakor will be very safe with his shrouded for a 2+ cover, the rhinos can pop smoke for a 2+ cover, and your oblits will laugh off much of the longfangs AP2 attacks with a 4+ cover save. As soon as the heldrakes come in, roast up the longfangs and send your PMs to grab the objectives late game.

Never take obliterators in two groups of 3. Take 3 groups of 2 because:
-They will take a LD test if one goes down no matter what. Better to have 1 oblit running than 2.
-You will be able to select a greater variety of weapons to fire and targets to select
-You can spread out 3 squads very far. Your opponent will have great difficulty killing 3 squads of oblits spread out across the entire board.
