what is the best DARK ANGELS army list, to Merc necrons.

I have tried several. Random builds. But to no avail. I either come close to tying. Or get straight Merced. Terminator with cyclone. And assault cannon. X 2 with Belgian. That is my core.

- how many points you are playing
- what your opponent usually fits in his list
- what do you have available

We where doing 1500 points. This was my last list.

Ezikiel. Base.

Deathwing terminators x 5. 1 squad
Dreadnaught. Drop pod Multics Melita arm assualt cannon.
Twin linked auto cannon
Dreadnaught. Venerable dreadnaught. Assualtcannon.Autocannon

One scout squad with sniper
2 tact squads plasma cannons
Nephlim fighter blacksword missiles and avenger megga bolter
Ravenwing attack squadron.
devastor squad 4 lascannon

I don't know a whole lot about DA but I've played 2 games against necrons so far, and their weakness is:

burst damage which prevents resurrections

If you can spread out his army and use superior range, as his will mostly be 24", and take down one squad at a time, you shouldnt have a problem. Taking a CC deathstar to tie up some guys would be great too.
