I had orders the first ed brushfire book a long time ago on drivethrurpg and read it,etc.... Recently got back into this and just ordered the 2nd ed book on drivethrurpg not knowing there is another book (with the eastern factions).....my question is is that the only way to get the eastern factions? Are the rules the same in both books? Guess I had been to wgv before but just purchased these two on drivethrurpg as that is where I get most of my PDFs, and until I came to this forum I didn't know there were other books or whatnot for this game on wgv. Thanks for any help:-)

There are currently four 2nd Edition Brushfire books: Historia Rodentia, Journey to the East, Digest, and Cult of Exomorphism.

The Digest contains the eight factions that are in Historia Rodentia & Journey to the East, but does not have any fluff, art, or the campaign rules.

Both Historia Rodentia (Aquitar, Civitas, Scyzantium, Vandalands) & Journey to the East (Axony, Chugoku, Ribenguo, and Zabar) contain the same gameplay rules and campaign rules, its the faction sections that are different.

So I still need journey to the east to get those factions?
