I have available:
Harbinger
EKreos
Heavy warjack kit with magnets
1 full unit of errants
1 unit of knights
1 vassal

Normally I run Kreos, and the jack as a crusader cause its cheap and with vassal its worked well at in the few games I've played so far. But I was wanting to expand and not sure If I should go into a tier list or just go with what would work best in a different direction, such as taking units that weren't on the tier list that would be more flexible than just more infantry. I was considering another unit of Knights and a unit of bastions but I feel that locks me heavily into a tier list ( I've been told its not good to be locked into just one caster, though with my current budget and playing time, I don't see this as a big problem).

Eventually I want to get to 35, but that is a long term goal and such I'm not as concerned with that at this time.

So I'm open to all suggestions so much as its not a "get rid of everything, buy new army" sort. I can drop stuff, but I would have to purchase things to make up for it so that isn't really helpful in my case.

go tier list with eKreoss its my go to list, tho that does mean losing the vassal, i'd get another box of knights exemplar or two....and the exemplar/errant senshals

works out as a financially cheaper list but you lose out on the free senschal and advance move from the tier list.

My buddy swears by the choir. They buff jacks quite nicely. But he is also using the choir, 2 heavy & a light jack @ 25-35, with only 1 unit (that he seems to try different ones each game).

If you have eKreoss, you want to run his tier list. Its very good, but you'll rarely run that many knights in any other list.

And for his theme, you want only 1 jack. Fire of Salvation.

Outside of his tier, definitely get Choir.

Choir and 2 Vassals are basically mandatory Menoth purchases.

Getting a choir and another heavy jack would allow me to run harbinger without spending much money, I will consider this.

I'm leaning towards the tier list however, as my current record of 4-0 with EKreoss is making me really like exemplars.

Man if I had a dollar for every time somebody linked me to that thread... i would have enough to buy a new caster model. Seriously. It's advice for expanding a battle box army with a completely different caster and a jack heavy army. To be honest it gives a good breakdown for various units, but I'm already aware of how good certain units are and all that stuff, so its effectively just the list he is calling for, which is at this point 4 years old. I like weapon masters and infantry, so started my army collecting around a solid core of infantry with a utility jack kit. I'm looking to expand that list, not the battle box list.

exemplars are where its at! also yeah i agree with your solid core of infantry, i rarely run more than two jacks, other wise its weapon master troop spam!

If you like exemplars, I might suggest looking into Testament and Vindictus as your next couple of casters after eKreoss. Vindictus makes our generally slow weaponmaster infantry much faster, while Testament has a wonderful new theme force that came out a few months ago in No Quarter (Reliquary Guard) that gives you 4pt Knights Exemplar units, and allows extra paladins.
