So I kind of like the idea of Slaanesh since I currently play Eldar it will be completely the opposite of my current army, in fluff and in play style. So here is the list;

I like the core of the list, but you're spending too many points on upgrades. First of all, paying 25 points for 1 mastery level on a LD 8 model is a very bad idea. I would chop off: the greater rewards on the heralds, the alluress' and their rewards.
That leaves you 120 extra points, which is a huge amount at this level. This leaves you enough points to add in a whole extra 13 daemonettes in a squad.
I would definitely go with that, or preferably shave off one of the heralds and get a slaanesh soul grinder with baleful torrent. It could keep up with your daemonettes and most armies would be powerless against it at this level, and it also gives you anti-tank/anti-air.

How does he give me anti air may I ask?

I like the lists. I'd go for something more like this:
HQ
Herald of slaanesh - Steed, level 2, greater gift, loci of grace (to ignore dangerous terrain tests)

Troops
2* 14 daemonettes

Fast attack
8 steeds of slaanesh - Heart seeker (to soak up a challenge)

So after those changes the list becomes

Herald of Slaanesh
1x Lesser Reward

15 Daemonettes

15 Deamonettes

Slaanesh Soul Grinder
-Baleful Torrent

Leaves me with 10 points extra. There are so many options for what to do with that 10 points I don't know where to go. I could put an icon of chaos on a squad, making it effectively Ld 8 for Instability so that less will die. Decent option?

That's a solid list. I'd drop the lesser reward and take a greater or keep the lesser and buy an alluress for one or both of your squads to soak up a challenge for the herald.

Just wondering for later purposes, is WItstealer Sword and Fiends a decent combo? I mean forcing a character to be like initiative 1 and then fighting a challenge, knock one or two wounds off, now they have to roll a 1 or less to not die.

Most of the time a slaanesh list is just better getting more models on the board than lots of upgrades. You have lots of attacks, high initiative and rending, what more do you need? (the only exception to this would be a KoS, which needs some greater gifts)

For daemons at this point level you really need to be picking the single stronger choices. Daemonette cavalry can hit very hard when supported. But without grimoire/ invisibility/ grenades they are very vulnerable and may spend most of the game hiding from the opponents guns.

For slaanesh your strongest picks are the KoS and slaanesh torrent grinder. Both of these work very well on their own merit. Besides these the best option would be more daemonettes.

Your new list looks pretty perfect. As said up top I would probably buy an alluress for each squad and you'd be golden.
