Just want to know how you guys kit out your Ork Trukks? I normally just take them naked because the upgrades don't seem worth the points, but what does dakka think?

Reinforced Ram every time man. Maybe a rokkit but not sold on that one.

Cheers mate, im guessing that's just to give them something to do after they deliver the boyz (assuming they survive) im planning on running a trukk heavy list next game so good to know.

Best use for trucks if they somehow manage to survive is moving blos. Thus, you'll most likely move flatout and not shoot at all or bigshoota will be enough. It's actually not bad at forcing grounding tests. The only thing worth investment is reinforced ram not to get stuck and even ram is not mandatory if you know there won't be much area terrain you have to cross.

Thanks for the tip man, il keep that in mind. I normally run Gunline lists and do pretty well, but have reticently acquired a bunch of trukks from someone who is abandoning the hobby (score) so any more tips on how people run them would be great. (Though mass tank shock sounds like the business.)

The Boarding Plank is nice if you are seeing a transport heavy meta.
