Yep, rules for Pureblood Genestealers and Chaos Marines. Don't have my rulebook handy, but don't remember the rules for the Chaos Marines being particularly well fleshed out. Not sure about the Inquisitor, but considering the inclusion of the 'stealer you might wanna look at running him as a counts-as Genestealer Magus.

Alternately, there are at least a few threads/formulas out there for converting the 2nd ed. stat lines to Necromunda.

In this guy's duplicate thread on Warseer, I suggested the following:

Space Marine
M4 WS5 BS4 S4 T4 W2 I4 A1 Ld9
Special: can't be pinned, suffers flesh wounds on 1-3, Bulging Biceps, Rapid Fire (bolter), photo-contacts, filter plugs, acid spit (concealed blade)

Marine Bolter (Special weapon):
0-16 +1 16-24 - S4 Dam1 SvMd -1 4+

Space Marine Power Armour:
2+ save.

Space Marine Helmet:
Mono-sight, Photo-visor, Respirator.

Outlanders does have rules for Chaos Space Marines, but they're pretty much just the 2nd edition rules + True Grit. This seemed a closer fit for what a Space Marine should feel like compared to some malnourished, self-trained hiver.
