Morning all!

I have recently started using Dark Angels again and I have put together the below list. I am struggling for ideas to fill the last 160pts so I am looking for some advice. List so far is as follows:

Belial - TH/SS

DW Terminator squad - 5 x TH/SS
DW Terminator Squad - PC
DW Terminator Squad - HF
DW Terminator Squad - CML

Space Marine Tactical Squad - Flamer, ML, Rhino

That comes to 1,340pts.

Ideas for filling the last 160 are one of the following:

A) Ezekiel
B) Barebones Tactical Squad
C) Dreadnought w/ TLLC
D) Predator w/ TLLC and LC spons
E) 3 More terminators

Any suggestions would be helpful.

Your death-wing terminator Sargents can't change their wargear.

Your missing 160 points would be well suited to 6 tactical marines in a razorback with a twin linked assault cannon. Should be able to help thin out anything that might cause the terminators trouble and act as mobile cover for the 1st half of the game, especialy when your death wing drops and can't charge for a turn. Then, assuming your marines makes it to the end of the game you have a quick scoring/denial unit you help win points.

Thanks, I didn't know that sergeants can't change their Wargear. Is that specific to the Deathwing or to all terminators?

It's a modification made in the FAQ:

Page 99 – Deathwing Terminator Squad, Options
Change the second bullet point to:
“• Any model can replace his storm bolter and powerfist with:
- a pair of lightning claws ……………………………….free
- a thunder hammer and storm shield ………….5 pts
And it's kinda specific to Deathwing (I'm still hoping it's an oversight), since 'normal' terminators can't change their weapons and assault terminators either have TH/SS or 2xLC, Deathwing combine those two squad types (meaning you can have a TH/SS guy with a Cyclone ML, but can't give the Sarge something interesting to hit people with...)

try make the TH SS a command squad, you lose the scoring unit but gain access to the company banner which grants the squad and friendly deathwing units in 6 inches +1 attack, and +1 combat resolution (not that they need it cannot sweep) but making them that much nastier. with the extra points you could also spring for an apothecary or a cheap terminator Liberian.
