This list is terrible. Where are the Exocrines?

Pretty decent list. You are reserving 4 important things, and so I would suggest you include a Comms relay to make sure they come in. I usually go Bastion + Comms and hide my flyrants behind the bastion.

Looks nice...I'd suggest finding a way to get Synapse into the backfield via deep strike, if you can. They only senarios that pop into my head are Shrikes, or a Big Wormey (Trygon Prime) both are a little pricey though
