Tactics
Depending on what the opponent deploys, is what drop pods will go first turn, if there is lots of enemy armor the assault marines, who can split in to two 5man teams, and the dreadnought should hopefully nuke 2 vehicles. If there is infantry, the deathcompany and furioso should make thinks difficult. While this rains confusion down on the enemy lines, the 2 plasma henchman squads will advance and attempt to take objectives, cover is there best friend. Coteaz provides awesome anti deepstriking and anti air power. A twin linked icarus lascannon for any air units and 3 plasma cannons for anybody stupid enough to deepstrike within 12". The legion of the dammned bring further trouble in the enemy table half, being hard to get rid of and posing a real threat to any
meq with their ignore cover plasma cannon/gun combo.
At 2k I would add a vindicator and a imperial knight errant, which is arround 525pts, this brings two fast units that have 9, 13 armour hull points between them.
I think my main weakness would be lack of troops? However I feel that the imminent threat of the drop pods makes it harder to focus on removing them.
what do you think? and believe it or not, I haven't used up my allies detachment
