Evening all; i have an idea in mind and was wondering on peoples thoughts, bearing in mind i like my army more rule of cool than, competitive
i recently picked up a tantalus because i love the model and a friend was selling it for £20
but i can't seem to work it into a list, as a tantalus. . .
i run a main eldar exodite army , and had been tinkering with a "reclaimed prince coming back to show his people the wonders of technology" idea (dont shoot me) but, it hit me the other day
i'd finished reading Atlas Infernal and i'm currently reading through the path of eldar trilogy, and it got me thinking. . . surely there has to be some sort of warband style thing going on (not =][= BLAM HERETIC! style but, outcasts what not)
i'm going off track so i shall i return to the title;
How would a tantalus match up to a LRC? weapons are obviously a problem, but my exodites are using bows and the repeater crossbows, sizes seem to be very similar (use the curved inside of the prow as the "front hatch")
Would an =][= eldar count as be acceptable? (warband would only be DCA's and banishers (( DE witches prolly and shimmershielded DA's)
Should i abandon hope, and just force myself into taking DE with a tantalus ally?
