IIRC wabbadon is ridiculously survivable at least in CC.

But my money is on Loth from the red scorpions as he can just chose to take stuff from biomancy for iron arm and endurance. and use one charge to get that sweet 2++.

Well, from a fluff standpoint, probably the Swarmlord. ven if he does not get killed in battle, his biomass gets recycled with the rest of the planet. And then h gets "born" again.
Although not included, Justicar Thawn is rumoured to be a perpetual, meaning no matter how grievious his injuries he won't die.

Any Daemon, since they never truly die.

Fluff wise, Mephiston tanks out a load of stuff. I don't count Draigo's fluff as canon, because... no. Just no.

Never seen the Swarmlord on the table. Most of my experience is with Imotekh, and he's pretty damn survivable.

In game terms, putting Trazyn the Infinite down for good might as well be synonymous with "table your opponent".

In terms of fluff I do believe the Avatar of Khaine "takes it" more than any other character.

There is a little dude in the ba codex with an awesome buff to his fnp. But you cant leave yarrick out either. I vote yarrick. He is like boris the bullet dodger in the movie snatch. I think boris might be based on yarrick.
